The Brief

Humans are addicted to plastic and that is one of the largest strains on Mother Nature. Some plastic products are essential in our daily lives but others such as disposable or single-use products are simply unnecessary and taking a toll on the environment.

As part of commemorating Earth Day at ARC, VivoCity and Harbourfront, the organisation’s key aim was to educate the public on the ill effects of plastic and to encourage them to adopt the practice of using eco-friendly bags instead.

The Solution

Our creative practice featured plastic as the predator. Using research and insight, we created a visual exaggeration of how the use of plastic poses a threat to even the deadliest ocean predators.
